We aim to process all orders within 2-3 working days, once payment has been received. When payment has been made by Direct Deposit, please allow up to 2 working days for the funds to be made available in our account.
When payment has been made by personal/business cheque or money order, items will be posted once the cheque or money order has cleared.
Deliveries are Australia wide. Orders are generally shipped via Australia Post. If you live in the Riverland S.A area you are most welcome to collect your order to save you the postage charges.
Postage is a flat rate of $5.95, orders over $75 will be posted for free.excluding EK 13 X 13 glass cutting mat, MDF scrapbook shelf and resin kit.
Registered Post is available on request for an additional charge of $2.70. If you wish to use this service please email us and we will add this charge to your order. We highly recommend you use registered post to protect your order.
